What to include

Tell us your device model, operating-system version, game version/build, and the chapter or stage where the problem happened. Describe what you expected and what happened instead. Screenshots or a short recording can help; please avoid including personal information.

If you are using TestFlight, you can also send feedback through TestFlight. Include the build number so we can identify the version you played.

Controls and comfort settings

Open Options from the main menu, or use the pause menu during play. The available options depend on the build and input device. Check Controls for the actions and choices available in your version.

Continuing your journey

Choose Continue from the main menu. If progress appears to be missing, contact us with what you last completed and your build number. Avoid deleting the app while investigating a save problem, because that may remove local progress.
